Founder of Cocoa Kids Travel!

Hi there! I’m a proud mama to one brilliantly inquisitive six- year old boy who is autistic, and the heart behind Cocoa Kids Travel. Originally from New Jersey and now soaking up the sunshine in South Florida, I’m a true Cancer through and through—nurturing, water-loving, and obsessed with every shade of the ocean (give me all the turquoise and sea blues!).

Since the day my son was born, I’ve made it my mission to show him just how big and beautiful this world really is. There’s so much more to life than what we see in our own backyard, and I believe that exposing our kids—especially our brown kids—to new cultures, languages, and landscapes is one of the greatest gifts we can give them.

Cocoa Kids Travel started as a way to document our adventures and inspire other families to explore beyond borders. But this little corner? This space is just for you, dear parent. A soft spot to land, a moment to breathe, and maybe even laugh while sipping your coffee (or enjoying that donut you’ve been hiding from your kid). Because this parenting thing? It’s beautiful, wild, and hard—and we all deserve a place to feel seen.
